  • 1. How long is the warranty?

    We provide a one-year warranty and 30 days of free return. We provide accessories for replacement as well. We provide an additional 90 days warranty after every repair. Please note that man-made problems are not counted in the scope of maintenance.

  • 2. How long does a new TidyBot need to be charged before using it?

    3 hours.

  • 3. Could TidyBot climb slopes?

    Yes, the machine could climb up-slope less than 15 degrees.

  • 4. Where can I buy the Rozi TidyBot spare parts?

  • 5. Why can't my TidyBot cover all the places I want to clean?

    TidyBot can cover around 1 square meter per minute.
    Please note that when the machine is fully charged it can work for approximately 100 minutes and cover 100 ㎡ in standard suction mode on hardwood floors, or work for 50 minutes and cover 50 ㎡ in max suction mode on medium-pile carpets.
    If the machine runs out of battery and stops working, please recharge it.

  • 6. Why is my TidyBot always cleaning the same spot in circles?

    Please check if it is on partial cleaning mode on the remote control.

  • 7. Why can't my TidyBot be charged automatically?

    Please check if the charging dock is placed against the wall and make sure the area is open. Click here and refer to the Rozi TidyBot manual on page 10 for detailed instruction and pictures.   • 8. Why is my TidyBot stuck on the carpet?

    Please note that the machine is capable to work on a carpet that is less than 0.65 inch (16.5mm) thick and the carpet wool should be less than 0.2 inch (5mm) long. Please make sure the carpet is close to the floor without crevice. Try to use floor tape to keep it fixed to the floor.

  • 9. Why are the brushes not working properly?

    Please note that some spare parts may have loosened during shipment. Check if the brushes are connected correctly and try to tighten it. If there is a problem with the brush you can replace it with a new one. Our package contains two extra side brushes.

  • 10. Why my TidyBot works abnormally?

    Please check if the switch is turned on. It may be due to low battery if it fails to work. Please charge the machine at least 3 hours and then turn on the machine.
    If there is no problem with the battery, there will be relevant voicing indicating the problem. Please follow the voice instructions to fix the problem.

  • 11. How long can the battery remain at peak performance?

    After 300 battery cycles (around one year of use) the capacity of the battery will reduce.

  • 12. What should I do to protect the battery and extend the battery life?

    When it’s under 20% charge, the machine will go into battery-saving mode automatically and begin recharging itself. Please avoid using it under high temperature or direct sunlight. Do not shake or smash the machine.
    Caution: If the device is not used for a long time, please fully charge the machine and power it off. Make sure it’s charged every 3 months to protect the capacity of the battery.
